2. Orders and Payment

- If a publisher rejects your content or link, we will offer a suitable replacement site or a refund for that placement.
- Website metrics such as traffic, DA and DR come from third-party tools and can change over time. We report them as they appear when you place your order.

5. Web Design, Graphic Design and SEO Services
- The scope, number of revisions and delivery time for each project will be agreed before work starts.

- Once we receive full payment, you own the final approved designs and website files. Third-party items such as stock images, fonts, themes or plugins remain under their own licenses.
6. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. They may change because of publisher delays, holidays or missing information from you, and we will keep you updated if there is a delay.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
- You may cancel an order for a full refund before work has started.
- Once work has started, refunds are only available for parts of the order we cannot deliver.
- We do not give refunds for completed, live placements or for ranking changes.
